· Bajo la presidencia de honor de SS.MM , los Reyes de España, e impulsados por la Fundación Adecco y el Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad, los Premios de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión (DEI) han reconocido, en su octava edición, la labor empresarial en la gestión de la diversidad corporativa, el diseño de políticas de equidad e igualdad y las iniciativas para impulsar la inclusión sociolaboral.
· Los premios se han articulado en cuatro ámbitos de actuación: mejor plan estratégico de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión, otorgado a CaixaBank en la categoría de gran empresa y a Femxa en la de pymes; mejor práctica en inclusión sociolaboral (ALSA); mejor práctica en acción social (Saint-Gobain); y mejor práctica en transformación cultural, concedido a KPMG.
· Junto a ellos, se ha otorgado un premio honorífico a Álex Roca, primer atleta con parálisis cerebral y una discapacidad física del 76% en completar una maratón, y a su mujer, Carme Maza, en reconocimiento a su inspiradora trayectoria de superación y a su activismo a favor de la inclusión, cuyo ejemplo ha dejado una profunda huella en la sociedad y en el tejido empresarial.
· Los premios han sido entregados por Mercedes Fernández, presidenta de la Comisión para las Políticas Integrales de la Discapacidad del Congreso de los Diputados; Iker Barricat, presidente de The Adecco Group; Enrique Sánchez, presidente de la Fundación Adecco; Francisco Mesonero, director general de la Fundación Adecco; Juan Alfaro, secretario general del Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad y Sonia Pascual, consejera de la Corporación Empresarial Pascual y patrona de la Fundación Adecco.
Madrid, 24 de octubre de 2025. La Fundación Adecco y el Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad han celebrado la octava edición de los Premios Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión, un encuentro que ha tenido lugar en la sala Ernest Lluch del Congreso de los Diputados.
En un momento en que la cohesión y el respeto a la pluralidad resultan esenciales para el progreso social, estos galardones tienen como objetivo reconocer el compromiso de las empresas con la gestión de la diversidad y la inclusión sociolaboral, así como su contribución a la creación de entornos de trabajo más justos, equitativos y representativos de la sociedad actual. A través de cuatro categorías diferentes, se ha reconocido el esfuerzo de las compañías que integran la diversidad y la inclusión en su estrategia corporativa, impulsando un cambio positivo tanto dentro de las organizaciones como en su entorno social.
El acto de entrega de premios ha sido inaugurado por Enrique Sánchez, presidente de la Fundación Adecco, quien ha subrayado que: “El mercado laboral en España presenta desequilibrios y retos que van desde las dificultades para captar talento o desarrollar políticas inclusivas que no dejen a nadie atrás. Hoy reconocemos el compromiso de empresas que entienden la diversidad, la equidad y la inclusión no como una tendencia, sino como un valor estratégico y permanente. Se trata de organizaciones que han sabido integrar estos principios en su cultura, impulsando cambios reales que trascienden el ámbito corporativo y calan en la sociedad. Estos premios reflejan un modelo de empresa que combina propósito, competitividad y cohesión social, promoviendo la colaboración, el respeto y la igualdad de oportunidades como bases de un futuro más sostenible. En esta octava edición, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de seguir construyendo puentes entre el sector empresarial y la sociedad, reconociendo iniciativas que generan impacto, inspiran nuevas formas de liderazgo y contribuyen a mejorar la vida de las personas”.
Por su parte, Juan Alfaro, secretario general del Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad ha destacado que “Reconocer a estas empresas es, ante todo, una forma de poner en valor el esfuerzo de quienes están construyendo una economía más humana, innovadora y sostenible. Cada año observamos cómo grandes y pequeñas empresas consolidan estrategias más maduras, estructuradas y medibles, situando la DEI como un eje clave de competitividad y sostenibilidad. A través de estos premios seguiremos trabajando para promover marcos de actuación que impulsen esta evolución y posicionen a España como un país de referencia en este ámbito”.
Por último, Francisco Mesonero, director general de la Fundación Adecco, ha comentado que: “Las empresas reconocidas en esta edición han demostrado una visión madura y comprometida de la Diversidad, la Equidad y la Inclusión. Han sabido identificar los retos reales de sus comunidades y grupos de interés, transformándolos en estrategias efectivas que combinan formación, sensibilización e impacto social. Su ejemplo confirma que la inclusión no solo es una cuestión de responsabilidad, sino también una palanca de sostenibilidad y competitividad para las empresas y para el futuro de nuestro país”.
El experto ha señalado, además, cinco palancas fundamentales para que las empresas avancen hacia modelos más maduros y transformadores en materia de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión (DEI): contar con una visión y estrategia 360º de la DEI; conectar el propósito de la empresa con el propósito de las personas; fomentar un liderazgo ético, inclusivo y genuino; desideologizar la DEI, impulsando cambios reales en la cultura corporativa en lugar de promover una batalla cultural; y, finalmente, pasar del cambio cultural al cambio operativo, desarrollando una hoja de ruta hacia la inclusión que abarque todo el ciclo del talento, desde la captación y el desarrollo hasta la promoción y la retención.
Categorías premiadas y ganadores
Bajo la presidencia de Honor de SS.MM los Reyes de España, se ha constituido un jurado formado por Juan Alfaro, secretario general del Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad; Carmen Alsina, directora de Comunicación, Relaciones Institucionales y Sostenibilidad de la CEOE; Mercedes Fernández, presidenta de la Comisión para las Políticas Integrales de la Discapacidad del Congreso de los Diputados; Francisco Mesonero, director general de la Fundación Adecco y de Sostenibilidad del Grupo Adecco; Íñigo Sagardoy, presidente de Sagardoy Abogados; y Cristina Sánchez, directora ejecutiva del Pacto Mundial de la ONU en España.
El fallo del jurado ha reconocido el mejor plan estratégico de diversidad e inclusión, que ha contado con dos premiados: uno en la posición de gran empresa, que ha recibido CaixaBank y otro en el nivel de pyme, que ha recogido la empresa Femxa.
· CaixaBank ha sido reconocida por su Plan Director de Diversidad 2025-2027, desarrollado bajo el paraguas del programa Wengage, una iniciativa transversal que integra todas las acciones de diversidad e inclusión del Grupo. Basado en la meritocracia y la igualdad de oportunidades, promueve la diversidad en todas sus dimensiones -de género, funcional, generacional, LGBTI y cultural-, impulsando medidas de conciliación, sensibilización y promoción interna, además de proyectos externos dirigidos a clientes y a la sociedad. Su enfoque integral, medible y alineado con estándares internacionales consolida a CaixaBank como referente en la gestión estratégica de la diversidad y la inclusión. El premio ha sido recogido por Ana Quirós, directora de cultura y selección de CaixaBank.
· Por otra parte, Femxaha sido distinguida por su proyecto “Dejemos un mundo mejor de cómo lo encontramos”, una estrategia integral que sitúa la diversidad y la inclusión en el centro de su cultura corporativa. Basada en la corresponsabilidad, la conciliación y la igualdad de oportunidades, la compañía impulsa planes de igualdad actualizados, medidas de flexibilidad laboral y acciones de sensibilización y formación que involucran a toda la plantilla. Su compromiso se refleja en la integración de personas con discapacidad, víctimas de violencia de género, talento sénior y profesionales de distintas nacionalidades, consolidando un modelo ejemplar, medible y replicable de gestión inclusiva adaptado al contexto PYME. El premio ha sido recogido por Patricia García, presidenta institucional de Femxa.
En segundo lugar, el premio a la mejor práctica en inclusión laboral se ha concedido aAlsaGroup, por su proyecto “Sumando Conductoras”, una iniciativa pionera que promueve la incorporación de mujeres al sector del transporte mediante 150 becas para obtener el permiso profesional D + CAP, con compromiso de contratación indefinida al finalizar la formación. Con más de 3.000 candidaturas y un alto índice de éxito, el programa ha impulsado la empleabilidad femenina y contribuido a transformar la cultura de un sector tradicionalmente masculinizado. Ruth Hernández García, directora de Personas y Cultura en Alsa, ha recogido el reconocimiento.
El premio a la mejor práctica en acción social ha reconocido el programa “Transformando vidas a través de la Acción Social en España, Portugal y Marruecos”, desarrollado por la Fundación Saint-Gobain. La iniciativa impulsa la inclusión social y la empleabilidad de personas vulnerables mediante proyectos educativos, formativos (dotando de competencias relacionadas con oficios de la construcción) y de rehabilitación de espacios, con especial foco en jóvenes en riesgo de exclusión. A través de colaboraciones con entidades locales y el impacto de su voluntariado corporativo, la fundación ha logrado resultados tangibles en tres países, consolidando un modelo de acción social integral, sostenible y replicable. El premio ha sido recogido por Ana García Ortega, responsable DEI de Saint-Gobain España, Portugal y Marruecos.
Por último, el premio a la mejor práctica en transformación cultural en diversidad e inclusión ha reconocido el proyecto “SupportingProgram forParents”, una iniciativa de KPMG diseñada para acompañar y mejorar la experiencia de maternidad y paternidad de sus profesionales. Basado en un diagnóstico participativo, el programa incorpora medidas concretas de apoyo, formación y comunicación, así como beneficios como salas de lactancia, parking para embarazadas, flexibilidad y comunidades internas de acompañamiento. Con un enfoque humano y transformador, esta práctica ha impulsado una cultura organizacional más conciliadora e inclusiva, convirtiéndose en un modelo de bienestar y corresponsabilidad. El premio ha sido recogido por Javier Vidaurreta socio responsable de Recursos Humanos de KPMG.
Junto a las categorías mencionadas, se ha otorgado un reconocimiento honorífico a Álex Roca, primer atleta con parálisis cerebral y una discapacidad física del 76% en completar una maratón, y a su mujer, Carme Maza, en reconocimiento a su inspiradora trayectoria de superación personal y a su activismo constante a favor de la inclusión. Ambos se han convertido en un referente de esfuerzo, empatía y visibilidad de la discapacidad, transmitiendo un poderoso mensaje sobre la importancia de derribar barreras y promover una sociedad más diversa e inclusiva, con un ejemplo que ha dejado huella en la sociedad y en el tejido empresarial.
Álex Roca ha compartido un emotivo testimonio sobre su historia personal y la importancia de la inclusión real. Ha recordado que, tras sufrir un herpes cerebral a los seis meses, los médicos no le auguraban futuro, pero hoy celebra poder formar parte activa de la sociedad. “Gracias por promover la diversidad, la equidad y la inclusión; yo soy una de esas personas que necesitan sentirse incluidas”, ha expresado. Además, ha animado a seguir educando en la diversidad desde la infancia y ha dedicado su premio “a todas las personas con discapacidad que hoy están luchando por ser vistas”.
Carme Maza, por su parte, ha expresado su orgullo por acompañar a Álex y ha agradecido el apoyo de las empresas que hacen posible iniciativas como esta. Ha recalcado la importancia de valorar no solo el “currículum vitae”, sino también el “currículum vital”, destacando que cuando las empresas entienden esta visión humana, nos va mucho mejor”.
